Enable browser/windows notifications in Chrome

This tutorial aims to explain in detail how to configure the sound and visual notifications of the Desk and the Google Chrome browser.

Enabling notifications on Desk

To enable it, just open the “Preferences” menu in the upper left corner of your screen.

Within this menu, enable the option “Browser notifications” and then click on the “Authorize browser” button.

When clicking on this button, the browser will open a request in the upper left corner.

Click "Allow".

In the address bar of the browser click on the padlock symbol, a menu should appear.

And then enable the “Notifications” option.

To ensure that visual and sound notifications are also enabled, click on “Site Settings”.

In this menu look for “Notifications” and “Sound”, and change the options to “Allow”.
