How to Generate Shareable Links in Blip

To generate (shareable) media links that are compatible with the Blip system, we can use the File Uploader extension, which is available in our Blip Store.

To install the extension, follow the procedure below:

1. Access the portal
2. Extensions > Blip Store
3. Search for File Uploader in the search field and press the Enter in computer keyboard.

4. Click on the option below:

5. Select the bot you would like to use the extension:

6. Click the Install option on this chatbot:

7. Click on the Configure extension now option:

The extension will be loaded on the screen:

Now drag the file or select on your machine.

A public link will be generated for the selected media, be it PDF, Image or video.

When you click on the Copy URL button, the link will be stored in your CTRL + C, to use it just paste (CTRL + V).

To access the File Uploader extension again after it has been installed, access the bot on which it was installed and access the option below:

Note: It can be used both to send in the audience csv file in mass broadcast, in individual sending (growth or desk) or during flow construction if you want to add video, image or document in any block of the flow.
