Introduction

Intrigg for CV (or CV Extension - Sales Builder) is an extension that allows you to trigger automatic WhatsApp messages whenever a new Lead event occurs in Sales Builder.

A practical example of using this extension: when configuring a webhook for the Leads feature, the entry of a new lead in Sales Builder automatically triggers a welcome notification on the customer's WhatsApp.

 

Features

Intrigg for CV offers the following features:

  • Automatically send WhatsApp messages based on Lead events in Sales Builder.

  • Configure a webhook through the Leads feature and choose the desired trigger.

  • Support for using message templates approved by Meta/WhatsApp.

The CV - Sales Builder (notifications) extension is supported on the following channel: WhatsApp.

 

Installation and Configuration

After activating the extension through Blip Store, it must be installed on the Router or Service Bot. After activation, you will need to create the message template and configure the webhook in Sales Builder.

Follow the steps below:

1. Create and activate the message template

The message template is the content sent in the WhatsApp notification and must be approved by Meta/WhatsApp.

  • Create the message template in Blip by following the platform's guidelines. (Intrigg users can request Inmo's consulting service for this creation.)

  • Send an email to the Inmo team (contato@inmo.work) with the approved template so that the Intrigg settings can start using it.

2. Configure the webhook in Sales Builder

  • Access the Sales Builder dashboard.

  • Click the gear icon (Settings).

  • Select the Integrations option.

  • Click Webhooks - Configure.

  • Click the Create new webhook button.

  • Select the Leads feature and define the desired trigger.

  • Enter the URL received when subscribing to the extension in the Address field. (The URL can also be viewed in the "How to trigger messages" tab on the extension's page in Blip.)

  • Repeat this process for each Feature and Trigger combination you want to monitor.

 

Usage Examples

A sales team creates a webhook for the Leads feature with a new registration trigger. As a result, the lead receives an instant WhatsApp notification as soon as they enter Sales Builder, increasing the conversion rate and initial engagement.
