Without switching screens, view the contact record, track deals, and create tasks, notes, and opportunities. This article introduces Beeno in order of use: environment activation, initial configuration, and a tour of the main features. Before you begin Installing Beeno through the Blip Store does not create the environment immediately; the installation sends the data to Skeps, which sets up the environment and grants access. The environment is ready within 2 business days after installation. The administrator will receive an email with the access link to follow the initial steps. How activation works Install the Beeno extension through the Blip Store. Skeps receives the installation data. Skeps creates the customer's Beeno environment and connects the extension to Blip Desk. Access the link received in the administrator's email and follow the configuration steps. Questions during activation: Contact Skeps on WhatsApp at (19) 98327-7167. Initial configuration stepsOnce access is granted, the administrator configures the environment in the order below. Each step prepares the next one, and the team starts using the CRM from step 9 onward. First access and security: Sign in through the link in the email and enable two-factor authentication by accessing Profile, then Security, and clicking Enable 2FA. Account details: Access Settings, then Account, and fill in the name, website, industry, default language, and email branding. In the Currency tab, choose the default currency: BRL, USD, EUR, or AED. Team and access: Invite users by accessing Settings, then Users, and assign the Admin, Manager, or Operator role, including the agents who will use the extension. Create permission groups (for example, "SDR") and teams (for example, "São Paulo Sales"). Pipelines: Access Settings, then Pipelines, and create the funnels with the stages in chronological order and the closing probability for each stage. Define the card fields by accessing Customization. Properties: Access Settings, then Properties, and create custom contact, deal, and company fields. Import the database: Click Import on the Contacts, Companies, or Deals screens using the spreadsheet template. Tip: Use phone numbers in international format without formatting (for example: 5511999999999). Each file accepts up to 10,000 records, and duplicates are detected by email and phone number. Mark "Unique identifier" only for properties with a unique value per contact, such as email. Products: Add products to the catalog by accessing CRM, then Products, and entering the name and unit price. Tags and segments: Create tags by accessing CRM, then Tags, and create the first segments by accessing Marketing, then Segments. Test the extension: Open a conversation in Blip Desk, check the contact record, and create a deal using the extension. First automation and first dashboard: Create a simple workflow and a dashboard to track the sales funnel. Feature tourThe tour starts with the extension in Blip Desk and continues in Beeno web.1. The extension in Blip DeskThe extension opens as a panel to the right of the conversation in Blip Desk: view and update the CRM without leaving the conversation.Go through the panel from top to bottom: Green header: View the Beeno logo, the connected account name, and the refresh and close buttons. Contact record: View the name, phone number, email, company, and owner. Click Change to link another contact and click Edit to correct the information. Open in Beeno: Click to access the contact's complete record in Beeno web. Actions: Click + Deal, + Task, and + Note. Tasks and notes created here are saved to the contact; to add them to a specific deal, use the shortcuts within the deal card. Recent deals: Check the status, pipeline, date, stage, and owner on each card. Change the Stage using the selector and create a Task or Note directly on the deal. View history: View previous deals associated with the contact. Footer: Check the contact number in Beeno and access the Send feedback link. Try it: In a test conversation, create a deal by clicking + Deal, advance the stage using the selector, and check the change in Beeno's kanban.2. Contact databaseThe Contacts list brings together leads and customers with filters, configurable columns, and export options. Everything the agent records through the extension appears here. Search by first name, last name, or email. Filter by owner, team, company, tag, creation date, or last activity. Use Advanced filters to combine criteria and save the view in a new tab by clicking +. Click Edit columns to choose the visible fields. Click Export to generate a CSV with the applied filters. Click Import to add contacts in bulk using CSV or XLSX. Try it: Filter your user's contacts as the owner and export the list. 3. Complete contact historyThe contact record combines tickets, tasks, deals, and tags in a single timeline, including tickets originating in Blip. Left area: View the contact information, shortcuts (call, WhatsApp, email, note, task), tags, and segments. Center area: Access the Overview and Activities tabs, and use the search and filter by activity type. Try it: Open the contact from the test conversation and find the associated ticket in the Activities tab. 4. Kanban sales funnelDeals are arranged in columns by stage, displaying the total value and weighted value in the footer of each column. Change the pipeline using the top selector and switch between kanban and list views by clicking the icons next to it. Check the owner, value, close date, priority, and time spent in the stage on each card. Drag the card to change its stage. Define the card fields by accessing Settings, then Pipelines, and clicking Kanban customization. Try it: Find the deal created by the extension and drag the card to the next stage. 5. Product catalogProducts store information such as name, unit price, and SKU, and are ready to be included in deals and proposals. Add products by clicking Create product and entering the name and unit price. In a deal, click + Add product and set the quantity and discount. Configure discount limits by accessing Settings, then Products, and clicking Discount Rules. Try it: Add a product to the deal from the previous step and watch the value update. 6. Team tasksCall, email, WhatsApp, and to-do tasks are linked to the contact, deal, or ticket in a single team list. Filter tasks by owner, team, type, priority, status, or due date. Click Export to generate a CSV file. Open the associated contact or deal by clicking directly on the task row. Complete the task by clicking the status icon: yellow indicates a task due soon and red indicates an overdue task. The owner will receive an email and a pop-up on the due date. Try it: Filter your open tasks and complete the task created by the extension in the first step. 7. Contact segmentsSegments group the contact database according to specific criteria and feed campaigns and automations. Click Create segment and define the filters using properties, behaviors, or dates. View the number of contacts in each segment in the Size column. Examples: hot leads, contacts inactive for more than 90 days, VIP customers. Try it: Create a segment listing the contacts handled by Blip Desk this week. 8. No-code automationsWorkflows perform actions automatically when a contact or deal meets an established condition. Choose the workflow type (contact-based or deal-based). Select the entry trigger: segment, form, pipeline stage, manual enrollment, or property change. Build the workflow using Actions (create record, create task, send email, send webhook, rotate owner), Conditionals, and Decisions. Define a target to remove the record from the workflow as soon as the goal is reached. Try it: Create a deal workflow to generate a call task when the deal enters a selected stage. 9. Dashboards and metricsDashboards display the health of the funnel and sales progress in real time. Track the Funnel metrics: analyze the number of deals, total deal value, average value, average closing time, conversion rate, wins by funnel, and losses by reason. Track Deal progress: analyze the volume and value generated month by month, with a breakdown of openings by product. Filter the information by choosing the funnel, status, creation and close dates, team, and user. Click Manage dashboards to create new views. Try it: Filter the dashboard by selecting your team and compare the conversion rate with the previous month's result. Frequently asked questions and tips The extension opened another contact or did not load any contact: Click Change at the top of the record to link the correct contact. If the information does not load, click the refresh button at the top of the green header. If the issue persists, contact Skeps on WhatsApp at (19) 98327-7167. I created a task through the extension and it does not appear on the deal: The buttons in the Actions area create tasks and notes directly on the contact. To add the action to a specific deal, click Task or Note inside the relevant card in the Recent deals section. The agent cannot view the deals or does not have permission to edit: Access is determined by the role and permission group in Beeno. Review the settings by accessing Settings, then Users, and checking the Permission Groups. The required stage does not appear in the selector: The selector displays only the stages registered in the deal's pipeline. Create new stages by accessing Settings, then Pipelines. Also check whether the stage rules require mandatory fields to be completed before advancing. I want to report an issue or suggest an improvement for the extension: Click Send feedback in the extension footer.
