Create an Automation Flow in RD StationThe first step to start sending active messages using Intrigg for RD Station is to have an Automation Flow ready in RD Station. The Automation Flow is an RD feature that allows you to choose from dozens of triggers, conditions, and actions to send an automatic message. Customize the paths based on your leads’ interactions and information. Example of an Automation Flow, source: materiais.resultadosdigitais.com.brFor example, you can create an Automation Flow so that whenever a lead fills out the form, they automatically also receive a message to continue the purchase or resolve the issue. See several other examples here of Automation Flows that you can use to put your campaigns into practice. Learn here how to create an automation flow in RD Station. Note: this feature is available only to customers on the Pro and Enterprise plans of RD Station Marketing. To learn more about each plan, click here. These plans are not related in any way to the use of Intrigg. Create the message template (notification text) and how to activate the templateLearn how to create a Message Template in Blip here. The message template (message_template or simply template) refers to the content sent in the active WhatsApp message (notification). This content must be approved by Meta/WhatsApp Inc.Intrigg users can request consulting services for creating message templates.*Once you have at least one approved model/template, simply activate it on the Intrigg for RD Station screen. Go to the Blip top menu, click the three dots to open more options, and go to RD Station. Simply click Add new to activate the message template you want to send.On the screen that appears, click Add new. Fill in the Message Template variable values, if applicable, and click Save. Done! When you see the model/template name on the Intrigg home screen, it means that it is already activated.Connect Intrigg to the Automation FlowWith your Automation Flow already ready in RD Station, the second step is to make the necessary configurations to connect Intrigg—and consequently Blip—to your Automation Flow. The first configuration is adding a tag to your Automation Flow.In RD, a tag is information that you can add to a lead, and it works as a label. When creating your flow, you can either Add tag or Remove tag. This way, all leads that follow this path in the flow will automatically gain or lose a tag.We will use tags to indicate which Message Template will be sent to the leads’ WhatsApp numbers. Add a tag to the Automation Flow and connect it to IntriggTo add the tag to your Automation Flow and indicate which Message Template will be sent to users, follow these steps: In RD, go to the Relate > Marketing Automation > Create Flow menu; On the Actions tab, when creating your flow, look for Add tag (right sidebar): 3. The tag name must follow this format: templatewa: {Message Template Name} 💡 Example: If the format to follow is templatewa: {Message Template Name} and you want to send the Message Template called transferencia_para_vendedor The tag name must be: templatewa:transferencia_para_vendedor This tag must be configured in every Automation Flow that will send messages through Intrigg. Tip: always check that the Message Template name matches the name entered in the tag.To see the Message Template name, follow this path in Blip> Router>Contents>Message Templates> Click the desired Template and check the first field in the right sidebar (see the image below).4. After the tag indicating the template, still on the Automation Flow’s Actions tab, look for the Send Leads to Integration option. In the URL for sending leads, enter the URL you received when you subscribed to the extension in Blip. Your configuration should look similar to the image below.5. Finally, you need to remove the tag added earlier. It must be removed after the Send leads to Integration block. Click Remove tag, which is below the Add option, still on the Actions tab. Your flow should look similar to the image below:Note 1: the tag must be removed after sending so that leads passing through more than one Automation Flow do not retain old tags associated with them, preventing old or already-sent templates from being sent. You can continue with automations in your flow after removing the tag, if desired.Done! 😀 Your Automation Flow is properly configured and connected to Intrigg for RD Station! Need more help?
