Simplify your daily tasks with the chatbot! With this extension, you can delete contacts from your bot or sub-bots (in the case of routing bots) easily, keeping your list organized and up-to-date.

Additionally, with mass deletion, you save time and can focus on strategic actions for your business.

How does it work?

The extension offers the following functionality:

This extension allows you to remove contacts from your chatbot and, in the case of routing bots, also delete sub-bots.

Installation and configuration

Log in to the Blip platform, go to the Blip Store, search for "Delete contacts," and select the corresponding option.

Install the extension on the desired bot.

How to delete a contact on Blip using the extension

To delete a contact, simply access the extension, enter the contact's number, and click on "Get contact."

The contact information found will be displayed on the screen. Click on "Delete contact."
