Introduction

Installation and Configuration

Acquiring the Webhook (Inbound) in Bitrix

To obtain your token, first log in to the Bitrix24 page.

After logging in, click on “My Account” and select the account you want to integrate.

Once the desired account is open, go to the left-side menu, click on “Applications”, and then select “Developer Resources”.

In the Developer Resources section, select “Other”.

After that, select “Inbound Webhook”.

Now, you will see the Inbound Webhook screen. The first link displayed on the screen is the one you will use. Copy it to use later.

Next, go to the chatbot where the Bitrix24 extension was installed and open the extension. You will find a field for the Inbound Webhook link.

Paste the copied link into this field and click “Save”.

Done! The extension is now configured and ready to use.

Installing on the Chatbot

To use the extension in your chatbot, you need to install the extension in the Chrome browser.

To do this, go to the extension in the bot where it was installed and select “Install Extension”.

When you click it, a new tab will open in your browser on the extensions page. Simply click “Use in Chrome”.

With the extension installed, return to Blip.

Open the Builder in your bot and select the option “Add Block”. Then, click “New Integration”. Now, you will have an integration block ready to use.

Note: If the “New Integration” option does not appear, press F5 to refresh your browser page and update the installed Chrome extension.

Next, with the New Integration block selected, click on its actions and choose the “Integration” option.

Select the “Bitrix24” integration and choose the action you want to perform.

In the following example, you will see a lead creation selection.

In this section, the action is configured to retrieve contact variable information from Blip and define the result variable. This variable will return information about the creation or update of the contact (if it already exists in the contact database).

In this example, there are no custom fields configured, but if you have any, they will be displayed so you can fill them with fixed or dynamic values using Blip variables.

After completing the configuration, click on “Publish” (rocket icon).

Done! Your chatbot integration with Bitrix24 is now working.
