Installation and configurationTray InstallationAccess the screen login to Tray, enter your store code, name or domain. Click continue.Then, log in with your username and password.On the Tray home screen, access the “Applications” option in the left-hand side menu.Click the “Install new apps” button in the top right corner.Type in the app name “White Wall” and click “Filter”. The “White Wall Blip” app will appear. Click the “Install app” button. When you click, a new window will open, displaying information that you will need to enter into the extension within Blip. Save this data, including “URL” and “Code”.Attention! This information is confidential and essential to access your application, so do not disclose it.Done! The extension is installed in the Tray. Now, you need to install it in Blip.Configuring Tray on BlipOpen the Tray extension within Blip. Fill in the requested information: the “Store ID”, which must be the same one used to log in to Tray, along with the “URL” and “Code” obtained in the previous step.After filling in, click “Save”.Ready!The extension is configured. Now you can create automations!Setting up WhatsApp automationWhen you click on “WhatsApp Automation”, you will be directed to the active messages configuration page.Step 1 of the bot configuration only happens when you install the extension on a bot (not on a router). In this step, you need to select the router connected to WhatsApp and the bot that will perform the trigger. After making your choices, click “Save and Next”.Select the status of the order you want to trigger.After a few seconds, the active message templates will be displayed for you to select from. If you want to direct the user to a specific position in your bot, you can enable this option and select the bot and flow where they will be directed when replying to the message.Observation:If the selected status has already been configured, the saved information will be displayed. Remember that you can only have one template per status.Done! WhatsApp automation is configured, and your customers will be notified as soon as there is an update in the order status.Installation in chatbotWithin the chatbot, you can easily configure the customer order query. First, you will need to install the Chrome extension. However, before that, install the extension on the chatbot where you want to enable the order query functionality. Once installed, open the extension to continue.Now, open the “Builder” and click on “Add new block”. Then, choose ‘New Integration’ and select the newly created block. Go to the “Integrations” tab, select the “Tray” integration and, in the action option, choose “Pick up order”. Below this option, enter the name of the variable that will capture the customer’s order number.
