Introduction

Experience automated interactions in your Smart Contact! Integrate Exact Spotter's information into your bot and optimize lead management. With this extension, you enhance your bot's functionalities and improve the user experience.

This is a paid extension developed by the company White Wall.

How Does It Work?

The Exact Spotter extension is a tool that enables direct integration with the Exact Spotter platform. This extension allows you and your marketing and sales team to synchronize leads seamlessly.

Installation and Configuration

Obtaining the Token in Exact Spotter

To get your token, log in to the Exact Spotter page.

After logging in, locate the Exact API Token. To do this, go to Menu Settings > Integrations > Exact API Token and open the page.

With the page open, copy your token.

Next, open the Exact Spotter extension within the chatbot installed in Blip and paste the copied token. Click "Save".

Done! The extension is now configured and ready to use!

Installing on the Chatbot

To use the extension in your chatbot, you need to install the extension in the Chrome browser. To do this, access the extension in the bot where it was installed and click "Install Extension".

When you click, a new tab will open in your browser. Click "Use in Chrome".

With the extension installed, return to Blip. Open the "Builder" in your bot and select the option "Add Block".
Click on "New Integration". That's it! You will now have an integration block.

Note: If the "New Integration" option does not appear, press F5 to refresh your browser page and update the installed Chrome extension.

Select the New Integration block.
Then, click on "Actions" and choose the "Integration" option.
Select "Exact Spotter" and choose the action you want to perform.

In the following example, the lead creation action was selected.

In this section, the action was configured to retrieve information from Blip's contact variables and define the result variable. This variable will return details about the creation or update of the contact (if it already exists in the contact database).

In this example, no custom fields were configured. However, if you have any, they will be displayed so you can fill them with fixed or dynamic values, using Blip's variables.

Now, everything is set up! Click on "Publish" (rocket icon).

Done! Your chatbot integration with Exact Spotter is now working.
