It is currently in version 2.0 and is available in Portuguese. The main goal of the plugin is to simplify the management of user access to intelligent contacts. To achieve this, a simplified interface was developed, allowing users to add multiple users to multiple intelligent contacts with just a few clicks. In version 2.0 of Team Management, in addition to granting the standard access levels for viewing, editing, and administering bots, it is also possible to create and provide customized access. Additionally, there is a feature to remove user permissions from intelligent contacts. This manual aims to assist Blip platform users with the installation, configuration, and use of the Team Management Plugin extension. About the Extension The Team Management Plugin extension was developed with the goal of simplifying the process of managing user access to Blip's intelligent contacts. The following features are offered: Add multiple users to multiple intelligent contacts:It is possible to grant different levels of permissions to users, such as viewing, editing, and administration access.It is also possible to grant customized access by selecting each permission module within Blip, specifying which modules the user can view, edit, or not have access to.Remove multiple users from multiple intelligent contacts:This feature completely removes the user's access from the selected intelligent contacts.Important Note: To grant or revoke access, the user executing this action must have administrator access to both the contract and the bots for which they wish to manage access. Additionally, the following developments are planned: Availability of add and revoke customized user access functionality via API calls, enabling automated management of Blip access and integration with other access management systems. Installation The extension can be activated in any intelligent contact, whether of the router type or the builder type. Once activated, it is possible to start using the plugin. Important Note: To grant or revoke access, the user executing this action must have administrator access to both the contract and the bots for which they wish to manage access. Here is a step-by-step guide for installation: First, it is necessary to access an intelligent contact where the user has administrator access. Then, within that contact, go to the extensions tab, as shown in the following images: After accessing the extensions tab (as shown in the previous image), search for Team Management and click to access the extension’s page: Inside the plugin page, click the Add Extension button: If a terms and conditions acceptance screen appears, read the terms. If you agree, check the box "I accept the terms and conditions of use", and then click the "I accept" button: Once you accept the terms and conditions, a screen will appear to choose which chatbot you want to add the plugin to. Select the chatbot where you wish to install it, and then click the "Install Extension" button After this process, the plugin will be available within the intelligent contact, named "Team Manager": User Manual by Profile To grant or revoke access, the user executing this action must have administrator access to both the Blip contract and the chatbots where they wish to manage access. Dependencies There are no dependencies for using this extension. Terms of Use The user acknowledges and agrees that the plugins are not original developments from the Blip platform, and it is the user's responsibility to choose whether to use them or not.In the case of using the plugins, the user acknowledges that Take has no responsibility regarding their stability, operation, and/or maintenance, as well as the fact that such use may lead to the exposure of the chatbot data, in which case Take will be fully exempt from any responsibility for malfunction and/or data leaks.
