Extension Overview

Connect Team is an extension for the Blip platform that offers advanced features to enhance the user experience in conversational solutions. Furthermore, it allows agents to communicate with each other more efficiently and quickly, without the need for another system.

 

Installation Requirements

Prerequisites

Before installing the extension, you need to meet the following requirements:

  • Have Google Chrome installed.

Installation

When activating the extension through the Blip Store, it should be installed in the Router or Service bot.

Follow the steps below to install the extension:

  • Log in to the Blip platform.
  • Access the Blip Store.
  • Search for "Connect Team" and select it.
  • Install the extension in the desired bot.

 

Configuration

After activating it on the platform, you will need to install another Google Chrome extension to fully utilize the feature. After clicking the link below, you should follow the step-by-step instructions:

After installation and refreshing the BlipDesk page, you should have a new icon, as shown in the image below:

 

And by clicking on this new icon, a new screen will open in the lower right corner of your screen. After doing that, simply click on the icon with two speech bubbles, as shown in the image below:

 

 

 

Extension Usage

Connect Team offers the following functionalities and features:

Real-time Chat with the Team

With this feature, you can chat with everyone on your team in real-time. This will be very useful for bringing team members closer together and for quickly resolving questions.

 

Dependencies

For the extension to work correctly, it is necessary that the second installation step is done in a Google Chrome browser.
