The message template (message_template or just template) refers to the content that is sent in the active message (notification) on WhatsApp. This content needs to be approved by Meta/WhatsApp Inc. Intrigg users can request consulting services for creating message templates. Once you have at least one approved template, you can contact the Inmo team (contato@inmo.work) to have Intrigg's settings use the approved template. Setting up a webhook in Active Campaign and connecting it to Intrigg The first step in starting to send active messages using Intrigg for Active Campaign is to have at least one webhook configured in Active Campaign. The webhook is a feature of Active Campaign that allows you to choose from various available triggers to send an automated message. In Intrigg for Active Campaign, you can configure triggers for Contacts and Deals. So, use these objects in the configuration. To connect your Active Campaign to Intrigg, follow these steps: 1. Go to the Active Campaign web portal and select ⚙ (Settings) on the left side, and then the Developer menu. 2. In the Developer menu, you should save the URL and Key data, which should be sent to contato@inmo.work so that we can establish the connection with the Active Campaign API. 3. Next, click on the “Manage Webhooks” button, as shown in the image above. 4. On this screen, you should click the “Add a Webhook” button, and you will see the screen below where you should choose the “Standard” option: 5. Now you should configure the fields of the Webhook: Name: You can choose a name that you find easiest to identify later. URL: You should insert the URL sent by Inmo after the initial contact. Lists: Select "All Lists." Events: You should select all the events for which you want to send active messages to your users. Remember that at this point, only messages related to Contacts and Deals events will be triggered. Source: You should choose all available types.
