Configurable triggers based on custom filters using other order fields. Definition of a daily trigger limit per user. Automatic blocking of sequential messages that are the same. The Intrigg for VTEX extension is supported on the following channel: WhatsApp. Installation and ConfigurationAfter activating the extension through the Blip Store, it must be installed on the Router or Service Bot. After activation, you will need to create message templates and configure the webhooks in VTEX.Follow the steps below:1. Create and activate the message template in Blip Access the Blip Portal. Create the desired message template (message template). Submit the template for approval by Meta/WhatsApp Inc. Contact the Inmo team at contato@inmo.work as soon as you have at least one approved template to link the Intrigg settings. 2. Configure the integration with VTEX via API The connection between your VTEX store and Intrigg is made directly via API, rather than through a configuration screen in the VTEX administrative panel. In all implementations carried out to date, this configuration has been done this way—which is why there are no screenshots for this step, as there is no specific visual interface to display. In Intrigg for VTEX, you can configure two types of triggers: based on order status or on custom filters according to other order fields. The configuration is done through the VTEX Order Hook endpoint ("Create or update hook configuration"), officially documented by VTEX: Orders API — POST /api/orders/hook/config. Our team performs this configuration with you during the extension contracting process—you do not need to do it on your own. Usage ExamplesAn e-commerce business uses custom filter triggers to notify only customers with orders above a certain amount via WhatsApp, prioritizing the customer relationship strategy for high-value orders.
