Overview

Intrigg for VTEX is the most agile solution for communicating with your VTEX customers. Through your Blip account, send an active message (notification) to your customers on WhatsApp whenever there are changes in the order status of your clients.

Intrigg for VTEX is a solution developed by Inmo exclusively for Blip users. Check out its volume mode.

 

Quick Start

To begin this guide, you must already have the VTEX extension activated in Blip. If you need assistance on how to activate an extension, please refer to Blip's own Blip Help..

If the extension is already active, follow this quick start guide in the specified order:

  • Creating a message template (notification text) and activating the template
  • Setting up a Webhook in VTEX and connecting it to Intrigg

 

Creating the message template (notification text) and how to activate the template

  • Learn how to create a Message Template in Blip here.

The message template (message_template or simply template) pertains to the content that is sent in the active message (notification) on WhatsApp. This content needs to be approved by Meta/WhatsApp Inc.

Intrigg users can request consulting services for creating message templates.

Once you have at least one approved template, you can contact the Inmo team (contato@inmo.work) to have Intrigg's settings use the approved template.

 

Setting up a Webhook in VTEX and connecting it to Intrigg

The first step to start sending active messages using Intrigg for VTEX is to have at least one Webhook configured in VTEX. The webhook is a feature of VTEX that allows you to configure triggers to send an automated message.

In Intrigg for VTEX, you can configure triggers in two ways: by order status or by custom filters based on other order fields.

The connection of your VTEX to Intrigg is done through API calls, and we will assist you in this process. To do so, be prepared to inform us about the triggers you want to set up.

 

Special Features of Intrigg for VTEX

Intrigg for VTEX, in addition to allowing trigger configuration in the two forms allowed by VTEX, also has a series of additional features:

  • Triggers by order status
  • Triggers by custom filters based on other order fields
  • Daily limit of triggers per user
  • Blocking of sending identical sequential messages.
