STILINGUE Studio is a service developed to provide customized solutions for real-time data visualization. You can create dashboards with unique filters and relevant graphic elements for your business. Getting Started 1. Title You need to assign a name to the dashboard. The recommendation is that this action should be the first one to be performed in the environment. Enter the chosen name in the top-left corner and confirm it afterward: You can edit titles and add a description that allows you to include customized information, optimizing the usability of the Studio according to each objective. 2. Style Since this is a customized environment within STILINGUE Studio, you can choose the presentation of the dashboard, change the background, header color, and insert an image in the header. Image insertion is done via URL and should be performed in a public image directory to ensure that the images are visible on the dashboard. Access this area through the icon indicated in the image, in the top-right corner: 3. Add Component You can add various options of charts, numbers, and images simultaneously in this area. The components will be positioned in the order they are inserted. You can change the order later. Among the options are: 3.1 Non-proprietary Data Provides metrics and charts for Listening. 3.2 Proprietary Data Presents metrics and charts from the area of Proprietary Metrics and STILINGUE Smart Care. 3.3 Annotations for Dashboard Find editable elements such as text boxes, image boxes, and section dividers to organize your dashboard. It's important to note that to insert an image via URL, you need to perform the upload to a public image directory (as explained in item 2). Click on "Add component" in the "+" icon at the upper right corner or at the center of the page and choose the elements that will be part of the STILINGUE Studio: 4. Global Filters Here, you can customize your dashboard's filters. By clicking on the Global Filters button, you will see a screen with all filter options, and you can choose which ones to use according to your needs. 5. Edit Component When you click on the three dots, you will identify the following options: 5.1 Filter The filter is similar to the Post Filter found in Listening and other areas of the platform, allowing you to customize the metrics according to filter parameters (which can be used only for this specific chart). It's important to note that each chart may have specific filters depending on its category. 5.2 Resize Choose the specific height and width for the chart set's visualization as desired. 5.1 Enlarge You can view only this chart expanded on the screen. 5.4 Duplicate By clicking this option, you create a copy of the component, duplicating its elements. 5.5 Download in You can download the component in CSV and PNG formats. 5.6 Delete It is possible to delete the previously added component. Finally, the component title can also be edited, as well as the dashboard title. 6. Period Choose the period to be analyzed on the dashboard. Click on the date next to the chart icon and select the desired period. By taking this action, the selected date will be applied to all elements and charts in the dashboard. Note that the filter can be changed at any time. Note: the period filter is also available to users who access STILINGUE Studio through the sharing link, which will be explained in item 7. 7. Share Another relevant option that STILINGUE Studio offers is sharing the dashboard. You can make it visible to other users if you prefer: Click again on "Settings," in the upper right corner, and find the "Sharing" tab. When you enable the "Published" option, anyone with the link and access token can access the dashboard. For this option, it is not necessary for people to have a STILINGUE login; with the link alone, they can view the graphs. In addition to making the dashboard easily accessible, you can click on the "Generate New Access Code" option, which allows for a new code that invalidates the previous one, ensuring greater access control to the dashboard when necessary. Users with Access Regarding sharing: although anyone can view the dashboard once it is published, editing the dashboard is not done by just anyone. The option to define users with access allows users registered by you to be able to delete/include elements and use filters within the STILINGUE Studio. Users are available in the same Configuration area, and only the Master or Administrator user can add or remove users.
