Publications Filter - Proprietary Metrics June 28, 2024 13:38 Updated Index: WHAT WHEN WHERE WHO Learn how to optimize the search and analysis of metrics for publications on your proprietary pages. STILINGUE offers a variety of filters to analyze the performance of your proprietary pages and generate insights. Access the publications filter by clicking on the icon located in the upper right corner of the screen on the Publication Wall. Tip: This filter is excellent for categorizing posts and making comparisons between campaigns, promotions, events, etc. WHAT Themes Search for terms that fit your research themes. To exclude, simply click once on the selected word. You can do a text search for terms, which are arranged in alphabetical order. Tags Search by tags. Click on the tags box to display the list of all your tags, or type the beginning of the word to select. Tip: Start the tag name with (-) to exclude it. Textual search in publications Search for terms. Use boolean operators AND OR NOT to combine multiple terms. For expressions, use quotation marks (“”). Example: "rain shower" instead of rain AND shower. Parentheses can be used to group expressions. Ex: (Cars OR Trucks) AND red. Click here to learn more about boolean search. Sentiment To search by sentiments, simply click on the icons. You can deselect any, in which case the icon will be gray: Note: when deselecting all, interactions that are not classified will be filtered. Publication Type You can choose between selecting organic posts or dark posts, or both. Just select the option within the filter: Note: this feature is only valid for Facebook and Instagram. Search by publication ID Filter by publication ID to bring up comments. Copy and paste the complete number and press enter to search for more than one. If you have a list of IDs, separate them with commas. Media Type Search for the type of media you would like to locate: text, image, video, or audio. If you want to negate a search, simply click on the icon, and the unselected item will appear gray: In this section, you can set a maximum or minimum number of likes: WHEN Date type Filter by publication date or rating date: You can choose to filter posts on the days they were rated, that is, when there was annotation. Regardless of the date they were collected in the system. WHERE Channels Select the channels you want to view. Locations In the box below, write the name of the city/state you would like to search. However, this location is collected from posts that had the geolocator activated at the time of posting. Language detected You can specify the language you would like to search for. Devices Here you can choose between searching for posts made on a computer or on a mobile/tablet. You can select both options or just one; in this case, the unchecked option will appear in gray. Editing & Classification Files You directly relate to the "Classify" tab of the Listening, concerning the files already created in your research. This section allows you to save a specific filter for sampling. Saved Filters You still have the option to save your filters. To locate the desired filter after saving, simply enter its name in the search field. WHO Authors: In this box, you can filter by profiles of individuals, portals, and companies. To find them, it is necessary to write the username or name of the person you would like to search for (as in the tag box, just start typing the user's name, and the tool automatically loads the rest). Interests: Here, you can find publications that belong to the same interest group. These can be the interests predefined by the tool or those added manually by you in your search configuration. Gender Here, you can select the gender of the person who made the publication: "male, female, or organization," and also the number of followers/subscribers. Just like in the sentiment and media type filters, simply select the desired icon: Note: when deselecting all, interactions that are not classified will be filtered. Important! The "WHO" tab is only available in the Comment Analysis area, as it is not necessary for proprietary post analysis.
