Discover important features to assist in your search for Overview data in Proprietary Metrics. 

Using the Upper Menu, you can select important functions that aid in visualizing data related to your company's pages. It is available in Overview and other areas of Proprietary Metrics; here's how it works:

1. Compress filter 

Clicking on the icon in the shape of opposing arrows allows you to hide the filter details.

2. Automatic update 

You can choose the data update interval displayed on the page. The data can be updated in cycles of 3, 6, 15, 30 minutes, or 1 hour, depending on the number of clicks on the icon: 

Finally, clicking one more time, that is, six times, will deactivate the automatic update. 

3. Filter

The filter in this area corresponds to a date range selected by you. In the case of Facebook, you can choose a time period within the last 3 months, meaning: it is not possible to filter intervals larger than this limit. For Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn, this period is 360 days. 

To apply the filter, select the desired dates and then click "Filter." If you want to return to the original period, click "Reset filters" to clear the chosen filter.

Real-Time Mode 

In addition to the menu, this area has a functionality similar to automatic update. It is located just below the top menu and can be activated to enable real-time mode. 

By clicking "Live," you activate the search for new information every minute. This causes this area to update information in a short period, in this case, everything coming from the social network's API will be presented more quickly. 

Note: This action does not speed up the collection of publications; only data already in the collected publications database. It is important to remember that this action is valid only for Facebook.
