Publication Card Metrics - Proprietary Metrics June 27, 2024 13:33 Updated Index: Card Advanced Options Metrics collection Learn where to find key information related to a publication The collected publications are available on the Publication Wall in the form of cards, where you can track their main metrics and take actions such as responding to a publication. Follow the information provided on the card: Card 1. View original image By clicking on the image located at the top of the card, you can view it in the original publication. 2. View publication By clicking on the icon representing the social media platform where the publication was collected, you will be redirected to a new page where the original publication will be displayed on the respective social media. 3. Go to the social media page Redirects to the user's profile on the selected social media platform. 4. Language Displays the language of the collected post, according to the language detection performed by STILINGUE Artificial Intelligence. In the case of posts considered as mixed language (e.g., in English and Portuguese), the displayed language will be the one with the highest weight in the system evaluation. 5. Read full publication Opens the text of the publication within the tool. 6. View Interactions This option will open a new tab with the analysis of customer interactions, meaning comments gathered in threads within the system. The screen displays the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the card publication: Interactions, Engagement Number, Impressions, Video Views, and Sentiment. Additionally, you can access the distribution of interactions by themes and tags, polarity vs. priority, and a representation of the main terms through a chart or word cloud. If there is no data for the selected period in the filter, the metrics for this area will appear as zero. It is important to note that, in the case of Twitter, the video views metric is counted when the user watches at least 50% of the video. Note: For publications with videos on Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, it is possible to obtain two specific metrics that enhance the analysis of the published content. They are: Unique video views; Average video watch time. In the case of Twitter publications, these metrics are not available due to API restrictions. 7. Registered hashtags In this space, the hashtags for this publication are registered. Here, it is also possible to view all hashtags from the publication. 9. Registered tags In this space, the tags for this publication are registered. 10. All tags for this post Here you can view all the tags for the publication and also have the option to add another tag if you are interested. 11. Likes/Reactions Displays the number of likes on the post. For Facebook, you can click on the icon to view all reactions in detail (Love, Like, Wow, etc.). 12. Shares Number of shares of the publication. For Twitter, this icon corresponds to retweets + tweets with comments. Note: when activating retweet collection, only follower metrics will be displayed in the publication card. Other metrics such as likes, shares, and comments will not be present in any retweet and will be marked as N/A. For LinkedIn, the API not only informs the quantity of shares but also counts and reports the quantity of these “negative” shares (that is, undone shares). Instead of presenting this metric with a negative value, posts collected in this way will appear as N/D on the publication card. 13. Comments Number of comments on the publication from the social network. For Facebook, only "parent" comments are considered. That is, only comments that originated the thread are counted. Note: for all other social networks, there is a difference in numbers between "View Service" (item 6) and "Comments": as comments are separated by threads in the first option, comments will not be counted in the same way. Example: if a single user comments 10 times on the same publication, the comments will enter as 10 in Comments, but only 1 customer service will be counted. 14. Views Number of views of video posts. Note: For Twitter videos, the view is counted if the user watches at least 50% of the video. In the case of Instagram and Facebook, it is possible to track views on dark post videos. 15. Followers Number of followers of the page or total subscribers of the channel where the post was made. 16. Group Displays the Groups in which the publication was collected. 17. Theme Shows the themes in which the publication was classified. Advanced Options 1. Gender Here, the gender of the user who made the post is displayed (male, female, or organization). 2. Sentiment Sentiment of the publication: positive, negative, or neutral. Note: Within the Proprietary Metrics area, it is not possible to manually classify gender and sentiment. 3. Access Original Publication Clicking on the lock-shaped icon will direct you to the original publication. 4. Copy link from original publication Click on this icon and copy the link. 5. Change Comment Lock Status Here, you can release or block your publication to receive comments. This feature is valid only for Instagram publications. 6. Copy Publication ID Click here to copy the id of the publication. Metrics collection The update of publication metrics within Proprietary Metrics varies according to the characteristics and API limitations of each channel. For all networks, a daily update is guaranteed for the covered metrics. Note: Mention comment metrics are not updated by the system after being collected and entered into the survey. This rule applies to all social networks present in Proprietary Metrics.
