Use tags to measure performance - Proprietary Metrics June 27, 2024 15:30 Updated Learn how to use tags to measure the performance of your content and campaigns. Within the Proprietary Metrics section, you can label with tags all comments on a proprietary post and even reprocess them at the end of the campaign to generate more comprehensive reports. How to add tags? First, click on the "Publications" menu and then click on the three dots in the publication card where you want to add the tag: After that, you will see this screen: Choose an existing tag or create a new tag and choose where to apply it (only to the post, only to the comments, or both). After applying the tag (by clicking the + symbol), you will see the details below: 1. Applied tag name; in the tooltip, you can see the date and time of application. 2. Switch the application type, changing to either only the post or both, for example. 3. Reprocess the tag to categorize the newly collected comments. Note: this feature is important for those who apply the tag at the beginning and end of the campaign, so you can reprocess all comments to generate comprehensive reports. 4. Delete the tag. This action is irreversible. 5. Change pagination to view all applied tags. This way, you can apply tags to your proprietary campaigns and generate all charts in the system with this tag. Tip: you can apply tags to all system filters. Such as in the Publications Filter: For more information, visit the discussion on the subject in our community or watch videos on our channel.😃 Related articles Sending WhatsApp Active Messages on Blip Desk How to add message tags Registration of Tags by Line Tags of a Search Configuration Tickets Volume by Tags - Ticket & Annotations Report
