Very simple, just follow the step-by-step below to activate and configure your extension:
- Next to Home on the main screen, click on Blip Store, then in the sidebar, click on extensions;
- Look for Queue-jump and click to activate (Install on your Router bot);
- After installing the extension, follow the steps below

How to set up the Extension?
Select the service chats you want.

After that, click on Activate Extension, as shown in the image:

Once activated, click the link below to activate the extension in each attendant's Chrome.

Then, use it in Chrome:
After activating the extension in Chrome, your Blip Desk will have this icon.
Â
By clicking on the icon in your Blip Desk, the screen below will appear on the right side of the screen.

When selecting the item highlighted in red, you can select the customer service chatbot and click Update.
When you do that, we'll have a list of tickets in the queue, as shown on the screen below:

By clicking on Take ticket, it will be assigned to the attendant who performed the action.
