The Extension module has plug-ins that add functionalities to your chatbots that are easy and quick to install, and speed up the Smart Contact development process.

In this screen, you can check and activate ready-to-use plug-ins, in addition to getting the details of each one of them through images, overviews, and development data.

Where you can find the Extension module

The Extension module can be found in your chatbot, on the upper menu.

And you can access it by clicking on the three dots.

The Extension module’s screen structure does not change from one chatbot to another.

It will always have the ready-to-use plug-ins.

To activate or get more information about a plug-in, just click on the card or on Activate.

On the plug-in screen, you will find

• the button to activate and deactivate the installation

• the developer’s data

• a summary of the solution and technical details
