How to send feegow scheduling reminders via WhatsApp (Blip) October 03, 2024 13:34 Updated Index: Introduction Installation and configuration Support Introduction The Feegow is a platform for managing clinics and offices. The extension integrates Blip with Feegow, allowing active messages to be sent to remind patients of their appointments. Have the flexibility to send the reminder the day before or on the same day, excluding or including weekends. Reminders can be used to confirm or reschedule an appointment. Installation and configuration The extension works on both router bots and builders. After installing the extension, visit the extension page. Then, activate the extension, configure the trigger conditions and the message template. The configuration of Whatsapp templates is very flexible, supporting images, videos, documents and URL variables. To activate the extension, you need to obtain a token. Check out the instructions below. Pay attention: no matter how much you use the correct token, the extension won't work if you do not enable permissions. When you activate the extension, access the other pages in the sidebar. On the “Trigger Settings” page, you can choose for which procedures, specialties and service status the messages will be triggered. By default, the service status “Marked - not confirmed” is selected. You can also configure the trigger time on this page: it can occur an hour in advance, a day in advance, or at an arbitrary time the day before, whether or not it ignores weekends. When completing the initial settings, click “Save”. You can change the settings as much as you want, but only the last saved setting will be used for shooting. Then, visit the “Template Settings” page. If your bot is a builder, you can select a router. Configure the router and click “Save and Next”. If your bot is a router, you will be redirected directly to the template configuration screen. You can use both Feegow variables and define your own text. Details on how to use the variables can be obtained by clicking as follows. You can also configure redirection to a bot block by clicking “Place user in bot”. For builder you can select a block directly, but for routers you must select a builder first. Finally, click save. After both configuration steps are completed, message triggering will be working.
