IntroductionThe Feegow extension connects your clinic or practice's appointments in Feegow to Blip and sends automatic appointment reminders through WhatsApp. It checks the appointments registered in Feegow and sends active messages according to the filters and schedule you define.For example: a patient with a scheduled appointment that has not yet been confirmed receives a WhatsApp message the day before with the appointment date, time, and procedure, and can confirm or request rescheduling directly in the conversation. Features Automatic appointment reminders through WhatsApp based on Feegow data. Filters by procedure, specialty, and appointment status, or sending to everyone. Sending 60 minutes before the appointment or several days in advance, with an optional fixed time and the option not to send on weekends. Filling the message template with Feegow data: patient name, date, time, amount, location, procedure, specialty, and unit. Use of approved WhatsApp templates with text, media, buttons, and variables. Directing the patient to a bot flow after the reminder, for example, to confirm or reschedule the appointment. Supported on the following channel: WhatsApp. RequirementsBefore installing and configuring, make sure you have: Access to Feegow with an administrator user, required to generate the integration token. A WhatsApp channel connected to the bot or router that will send the messages. A WhatsApp message template that has already been created and approved. Patients with a valid phone number registered in Feegow. Installation and configurationInstall the extension Open Feegow in Blip Store and click Install extension. Select the bot that will send the messages. The extension can be installed in a Builder bot or a router bot. Open the extension from the bot menu. The Extension activation screen is displayed.Generate the token in FeegowGenerate the token using a Feegow administrator user. In Feegow:Click the Settings icon (gear) and open Other settings. In the side menu, select Public API and click Generate new token. Find the token you created and click the lock icon. Select Select all to enable all permissions and save.Copy the generated token. Use a token exclusively for this integration.Activate the extensionOn the Extension activation screen: Paste the token generated in Feegow into the Token field. Click Save. The extension validates the connection and displays Activated successfully. Attention: even with the correct token, the integration will not work if permissions are not enabled in Feegow. If validation fails, review the token permissions step.After activation, the remaining options become available in the side menu: Sending settings and Template settings.Configure sending conditionsOpen Sending settings. On this screen, you define which appointments receive reminders and when.Under Appointment filters: Procedures: keep All enabled or select the procedures that should receive reminders. Specialties: keep All enabled or select the specialties. Appointment status: select the Feegow statuses that trigger sending. By default, the extension uses Scheduled - not confirmed, which directs reminders to patients who still need to confirm their appointment. Under Sending schedule: Under Days in advance, enter 0 to send the reminder 60 minutes before the appointment, or a higher number to send it several days in advance. With more than 0 days in advance, enable Fixed sending time to send all reminders at a specific time (HH:MM format), and use Send on weekends to include or exclude Saturdays and Sundays. Click Save settings. Only the most recently saved configuration applies to upcoming sends.Configure the bot and templateOpen Template settings. The configuration has two steps: Configure bot and Configure template.In the Configure bot step, select the parent router bot with WhatsApp connected and click Save and continue. If the extension is already in a bot with recognized WhatsApp, the step proceeds directly to the template.In the Configure template step: Select the approved message template in the Message template field. Only approved templates appear in the list. Review the template text displayed on the screen. Fill in each template variable ({{1}}, {{2}}, and so on) with fixed text or a Feegow field. If the template has media or a button, fill in Media link and Button variable. Click Save. Depending on its approval in WhatsApp, the template may contain text, media (image, video, or document), variables, and URLs. The number and order of the variables filled in the extension must correspond to the approved template.Note: sending active messages follows the rules and policies of the WhatsApp channel, including the use of approved templates.Feegow variablesTo fill a variable with appointment data, use the format [entity.field]. Do not use accents.Available fields: [agendamento.data], [agendamento.horario], [agendamento.valor], [agendamento.local], [agendamento.agendado_por] [paciente.nome] [procedimento.nome] [especialidade.nome] [unidade.cep], [unidade.numero], [unidade.endereco], [unidade.bairro], [unidade.cidade], [unidade.estado] Example: fill variable {{1}} with [paciente.nome], {{2}} with [agendamento.data], and {{3}} with [agendamento.horario] to create a reminder with the patient's name and appointment details.Position the user in the botAfter the reminder, the extension can direct the patient to a chatbot flow, for example, to confirm or reschedule the appointment. Enable Position user in bot. In a router bot, first select the destination Bot and then the Flow. In a Builder bot, select the Flow directly. Click Save. Test before using in productionBefore enabling the automation for all patients: Create a test appointment in Feegow with a valid phone number, using a status and the conditions you configured. Wait for the scheduled time and check that the message was received and the variables were filled in. Test the buttons and the redirection to the bot flow.
