Enable Active Message Sending via Desk November 22, 2024 14:19 Updated Once you have a message template ready and approved by Meta, we can proceed with the process to enable active message sending through Blip Go! directly via Desk.To start the process, access the Blip Portal via the following link: https://blipatendimentotrial.blip.ai/application, and copy the router bot ID as shown in the following images: Once copied, return to the home page and locate the bot with the Desk information. Access the Support section. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and, on the left side, select General Settings. Then, enable the option for active message sending. When enabling active message sending, you'll need to fill in some information and enable certain fields to continue with the flow. Connect the chatbot or router to the WhatsApp Channel: Now, we will include the router ID. Do you remember the router ID? Let's enter it here and click Save. Add at least 1 WhatsApp message template in the Content tab: On the left side, select the Message Templates option and activate the messages you want to appear in Blip Desk. To do this, simply check the Status option and select the corresponding return flow. After this, you'll be able to send active messages via Desk. Configure at least 1 message template in the Support tab: Finally, and no less importantly, we need to go to the Agents section and enable the option that allows the created agents to send active messages in Desk. Select the agent icon and enable the following fields: This should be done for all contacts that respond in Desk.Now, you can access Desk, and the field will appear with the active message option.
