Creation of Templates

To create an active message template, go to the Blip Portal via the link https://blipatendimentotrial.blip.ai/application and select the router bot:

In the opened link, click on the "+ Add New" button.

Fill in the necessary information to create a message template.

• Template Name: The name that identifies your template (use only lowercase letters, numbers, or the underscore character '_')
• Category: The category that most closely matches the content of your message.
• Template Language: The language used in the template (it is possible to provide different translations for each template).
• Message Content: (supported types: text, documents, and images)
• When filling in the Link field, make sure the server where the file is hosted does not validate the "User-Agent" header, as it is not sent by Blip.
• Variable Examples: Examples of values for your template's variables (this information helps understand the use case of your template during the review process).

Analyzing the Message Template Status

After submitting a Message Template, it will be under review with a status of "Pending." At the end of the process, the template will receive either an "Approved" or "Rejected" status, depending on whether WhatsApp accepts or rejects it.

Using Approved Templates

To use a message template, you need to have access to the Template Name.
Note! Even after the Message Template is approved, it may take up to 20 minutes for the update to be reflected in the WhatsApp Business API. Please wait this period before starting your campaign.
