Conversation Transfer by Attendant November 26, 2024 17:35 Updated To transfer conversations, you will need to access the helpdesk. Admin Desk Access for Blip Go!: https://packs.blip.ai/pack-manager?packId=60 Attendant Desk Access: https://blipgo.desk.blip.ai/ Once you access it, you will need an ongoing service. After clicking on the service, in the top bar above the conversation, you will see two buttons: [Transfer] and [Finish]. Click the [Transfer] button and choose the type of transfer: Transfer to service queue Transfer to attendant Then, select the queue or attendant to whom you want to transfer and click [Transfer ticket]. If you change your mind about the transfer, just click [Cancel].
