Admin access to Blip Go! desk: https://packs.blip.ai/pack-manager?packId=60 Agent access to the desk: https://blipgo.desk.blip.ai/ Once logged in, click on your account avatar, where you will find three status options: Online: The user is active and ready to receive tickets. On Break: The user is active but on a break, so they will not receive tickets. Invisible: The user is not active. Click on the status you want to enable, and it will be applied instantly.
