To access the monitoring panel, you will need to access the Blip portal. It is important to note that only Blip Go! admins can make this change.

Select the builder with the Desk variable, as shown in the image below.
Go to the top menu and select the [Customer Service] section. This will open a left-side menu. Select the [Monitoring] option, and scroll to the bottom of the screen. In this section, you will see all ongoing customer service interactions in Blip Go!.
When you click on an ongoing conversation, you can view its details. As an administrator, you can transfer an active conversation to a specific agent or queue.
To transfer, select the conversation. A window with more details will open on the right side of the screen. In the conversation header, click the [opposing arrows icon], and choose the transfer type:
- Transfer to service queue
- Transfer to agent
Then select the queue or agent to whom you want to transfer the conversation and click [Transfer ticket]. If you decide to cancel the transfer, simply click [Cancel].
