With ViewDesk, support becomes more interactive and efficient. Note: The extension performs best on desktop. For mobile devices, only audio is available. How Does It Work? ViewDesk provides the following functionalities: Real-time screen sharing. Video and audio streaming directly to agents. Enables detailed interaction and guidance during support sessions. The extension is compatible with the following channels: Blip Desk WhatsApp BlipChat Instagram Installation and Configuration ViewDesk is installed directly on the Router. Follow the steps below to configure the extension: Access the Router, click on the three dots, and select the ViewDesk option. After clicking on the "Create Template" tab, click the Create Template button. A template named view_desk_parse will be created. In the configuration tab, select the support bot where you want to apply the extension. Click Update or Activate Extension to complete the setup.
