Installation and configuration Examples of use Contacts and contexts Support Demo video Introduction The Beholder extension was developed with the objective of helping the blip user to debug their bots. With Beholder it is possible to observe the current flow of intelligent contact, from the input of the user. For example: You can analyze a specific user and follow their journey: contact, context, time elapsed in each action, and the full raw log of the actions performed at each step. How does it work? Beholder has the following features: ⦁ Tracing contacts⦁ Targeting check⦁ Error tracking⦁ Content of context variables⦁ Delete context from a specific user This extension is supported on any channel that has integration with the Blip platform. Installation and configuration By activating the extension through the Blip Store, you can add it to a router or to a specific bot where you want to track users' tracing . When you open the Beholder page, you must choose which bots monitoring will be done. If Beholder has been activated in a bot, this setting is not required. After that, monitoring messages trafficked by the bot can already be viewed within the Beholder. Examples of use Monitoring your contact ⦁ Tracing On the monitoring screen, you can view all messages trafficked in contacts where Tracing is active! When monitoring messages, you can perform some filters: ⦁ Channel ⦁ Bot (If enabled on a router) ⦁ User ID From this point on, you will see the monitoring screen By clicking on the top of a block, you can view all the flow execution information, such as:⦁ Script execution information;⦁ Event Registration (Trackings);⦁ HTTP requests; Among other actions performed within the builder! Contacts and contexts By clicking on the balloon containing the message you can view and edit all user information, context and contact variables! Creating, editing, and deleting context variables The tracking mode is a new feature of Beholder, which allows you to view the trackings (or TrackEvents) in an easy way, without having to dig through the JSON of the entire process. To activate the Tracking Mode, just click on the button written "Tracking Mode" on the top bar of the screen. When messages appear, you'll see information below each block. After activating it, you will be able to view the tracking of each block and have access to the category, action and extra variables. It is also possible to hide the blocks that do not have tracking by clicking on the button with the question mark icon at the top right of the screen.
