How to configure Watson Assistant as your AI provider Permanently deleted user February 06, 2023 14:06 Updated To enable the integration between Blip and the Watson Assistant service (formerly Conversation) - IBM's Natural Language Processing NLP provider, some very simple configuration is required. Before starting, make sure you have already created your Watson account through the Bluemix console. Click here to create your account. 1) Access the Blip portal, choose your bot and select the Artificial Intelligence module. 2) Choose the IBM Watson provider 3) After choosing Watson provider, click Settings tab 4) Open a new tab in your browser and access your Bluemix account. After logging in, on the Bluemix dashboard, create a Watson service of type Assistant. Note: There may be API usage limits depending on the chosen plan that may affect the use of the service. At least 3 workspaces are required to use Conversation on Blip. 5) Access the service you just created and choose, on the side menu, the Manage option. In the list of credentials, choose the View Credentials option, copy the values of API-Key (API key) and URL presented. Paste the fields collected in the previous step into the Blip portal and click Save. That's it, your NLP provider is already configured.
