How to activate the Beholder extension

To activate the Beholder extension, go to the Blip Store > Extensions > Beholder in the search bar, as shown in the images below.

After accessing the found extension, activate it by clicking on the "Activate extension" button.

Once activated by the button, Blip will prompt you to choose the bots you want to enable for analysis by Beholder.

Note: Remember that activation will only be effective if you are an administrator of the bots (as highlighted in the screenshot above).

The start screen of the extension will be displayed.

Performing user reset through Beholder

After activation, to find it, simply go to the three dots and locate:

1. Click on the Beholder extension.

After this, you will need to have the user's identifier on hand that you wish to reset.

2. In the "contacts" tab, filter the contact you want to get the user's identity from, select it to access the contact information page.

On the user's page, simply select the highlighted portion in the image below:

With this information at hand, return to the Beholder screen and paste the contact ID in the field indicated below and press "Enter" on your keyboard.

The list of the respective contact will be displayed, and you can reset the flow by clicking on the "Reset user context” icon.

By clicking OK, you will erase the customer's contact information and reset their state to the beginning of the bot.
