Hide on hold customers’ number

Hiding on hold customers number is a Blip Desk feature that once it is set up, the quantity of customers waiting in the service queue will not appear.

Any team member of an intelligent contact who has permission to write in the Attendance module — can set enable configuration.

To enable the functionality, go to the service module. At the left side menu, select the General Settings option, as shown in the image below:

It is simply necessary to click the button to hide the quantity, as shown in the image below:
