This allows the manager to register the reasons for personalized breaks according to the NR17 law and/or according to the company's operation, bringing more visibility to the day-to-day operations. How to register custom breaks in Blip To start registering custom breaks: Access the Blip and navigate to the smart contact you want to register the breaks. After that, on the top tab, click on “Helpdesks”. On the left tab, select the “Personalized breaks” tab, as shown in the image below: To add a break, click the “+ New break” button in the top right corner. Now you must define the name and duration of the pause: Ready! The custom break was successfully registered. How to extract a report on pauses in Blip Access Blip and navigate to the smart contact you want to extract data from. After that, on the top tab, click on “Helpdesks”. On the left tab, select the “Reports” tab Scroll down the page to the “Productivity” section. Click the “⬇” icon to open the checkbox, then select “Break Report”. Ready! The data will be downloaded to your computer. How to Take a Custom Pause in Blip Desk Now, let's see how your attendants can register their breaks in the Blip Desk using the custom breaks registered. Access Blip Desk and click on your profile to open the status setting. When selecting the “On Pause” status, a modal will be shown to the attendant so that he can register the reason for the pause. Select the pause reason from the list of options. Click "Start break". After confirming the pause, the reason will appear on the screen next to a clock counting the duration of the pause.
