How to reset users in bulk through Flow

Resetting users via flow is a way to mass reset users who are interacting with the bot. Just below, you will have a step by step on how to perform this procedure quickly and effectively.

1. To reset all contacts that are in the bot's flow, open your bot's Builder in the portal.
   

2. Click on settings in the left corner of the builder in the portal as highlighted in red in the image.

In the settings menu click on the flow identifier.

3. When clicking on the flow identifier, click on reset flow identifier as shown in the image below:

When doing this action you will receive the following warning:

After being presented, the session of all users of the flow will be reset after publishing the flow and with that they will be directed to the beginning of the bot flow.

Note: It is recommended that the procedure be carried out outside the bot's service/operating hours to prevent users in service from being dropped.
