How to Search for One or More Contacts July 05, 2024 13:41 Updated Index: Introduction How to Search for a Contact Introduction To view the transcript of conversations between your bot and a specific customer, simply access the Users module, search for the contact using one of the available filters, and then find the desired user. When you open a contact, you can see the contact information saved during the conversational flow, the tickets opened by them, and the conversation history of the last 3 months. Tickets are only available in chatbots whose human support is done via Blip Desk. How to Search for a Contact Contacts are always ordered from the date of the user's last interaction with the chatbot, from the most recent to the oldest. The default search period is the seven days prior to the query date, but you can also select any date and time range by selecting the dates on the calendar that appears at the top left of the contact list. In addition to the date filter, contacts can be searched by name, email, phone, city, document, and ID. To search for contacts by any of the identification fields, (1) click on “+ add filters” and (2) set the filter by choosing the search field, the condition to be applied, and the value sought. After that, (3) click on “apply” at the top right corner of the screen to perform the search. You can search by as many fields as you want at the same time. To add or remove a search field, simply click on the “+” and “-” buttons, respectively, at the end of the search filter configuration. Attention: to search for contacts by any of the identification fields, it is important that this information is saved by the chatbot during the conversation with the customer.
