Presentation

The Analytics Reports Scheduler extension was developed by Dawntech Inc. Currently, it is in version 1.0 and is available in Portuguese and English.

 

With this extension, the user no longer needs to go after the chatbot statistics, the statistics go to him by email, so he can follow the movement of his chatbot while creating a kind of history in the inbox.

 

This manual aims to assist Blip platform users in installing, configuring and using the Analytics Reports Scheduler extension. In addition, any questions about use can be sent to contact@dawntech.dev or by contacting the number  +55 (51) 3557-2998.

 

About the extension

The Analytics Reports Scheduler extension was developed with the objective of facilitating the monitoring of the chatbot movement by its owners, who, instead of having to navigate to the platform to access the information, have the comfort of receiving the information in their inbox what they want, when they want it.

 

Below are the features and options for creating schedules:

  • Data: messages received, messages sent, active messages, active users, engaged users.
  • Periods: today, yesterday, this week, last month.
  • Viewing and deleting existing appointments.
  • Sending reports according to the schedules created.

In addition, we anticipate the following developments:

Include more data options such as open tickets in the period, tickets waiting for a response.

  • Include the custom time period option, where the user will say which time interval he wants to receive the data.
  • Include in the report, in addition to the most recent data, graphs, to make it easy to visualize the variation of information over time.

 

Installation

To use the Analytics Reports Scheduler extension, in the Bot Router, go to the BlipStore and look for the Analytics Reports Scheduler extension in the Extensions tab. When you find it, activate it.

 

After installing, when you open the extension (click on …), you should arrive at this screen:
