Introduction

The Records is an excellent tool for documenting your smart contact.

With this extension it is possible to document all the details of your contact, facilitating the understanding of the functionalities, purpose, members, technologies used and updates made.

How it works?

The record allows the standardization of the documentation of your smart contact, it is possible to follow:

• Prototype your flow;
• Purpose and purpose of your contact;
• Technologies used in the project;
• Architecture and settings of your contact;
• Team members;
• Integrations performed;
• Extra information specific to your Contact;
• History of changes and publications;
• Bot structure;
• Information about call settings;

Note: It is supported on all channels.

installation and configuration

When activating the records, you must click on the edit button and add the information about your Smart Contact.

After editing activate the records, you must click on the edit button and add the information about your Smart Contact.

In edit mode, you can add the bot's general information, architecture, customer information, your bot's skills, service queues, history of changes.

After changes have been made, click on the “Save” button in the upper right corner and the changes will be registered.

At the end of the page, it will be possible to register a publication, add comments and the modification area
