Introduction The Contact Plugin is a BLiP extension designed to help users manage and add contacts with ease. With this extension, you can simplify the process of adding and updating contacts in your chatbot, making it more efficient and convenient. How does it work? Validate and apply development best practices when building your Intelligent Contact! Quality Check offers two functionalities: Automatic check and manual check. In the automatic check, you can validate if the Intelligent Contact: Uses message redirection. Requests personal user data. Complies with data protection consent. In the manual check, you can verify if the Intelligent Contact meets or doesn't meet certain requirements and identify each one to continuously improve it. The available requirements for manual check are: Development best practices. Router. Flow items. Transparency with the user. Data provider and analysis. More than a quality analysis tool, Quality Check can also be used as a guide for best practices to maintain the development of a conversational flow, where each quality parameter should be considered as a goal in the design of the experience and flow development! It is supported on any channel that has integration with Blip. Installation and Configuration After activating the extension in the Blip Store, you can install it in the specialist bot. Follow the steps below to install the extension: Log in to the Blip platform. Access the Blip Store. Search for "Quality Check" and select the extension. Install the extension in the desired bot. No additional configurations are required. Usage Examples Performing checks Automatic checks After installing the extension via Blip Store, you can perform automatic checks by clicking on "Run automatic check". Execution of automatic flow checks Quality Check will perform 3 automatic checks: Use of message redirection: Validates if all user redirections are being done through message sending. Does it have human support? Verifies if the Intelligent Contact provides any means for the user to transfer their conversation to a human agent. Does it request LGPD consent/Does it request sensitive data? Verifies if the Intelligent Contact requests sensitive data (categorized according to LGPD, to understand what sensitive data is, click here). If sensitive data is requested, it checks if the Contact informs the consent terms according to LGPD. Manual checks In addition to the automatic checks, Quality Check provides a series of parameters and requirements that need to be evaluated before and after the development of a conversational flow. The parameter settings are divided into sections, and hovering over each parameter displays a brief description! Description of the Message Type parameter: The marking of the parameters works as follows: One click -> The conversational flow meets the requirement. Two clicks -> The conversational flow does not meet the requirement. Three or zero clicks -> The requirement does not apply to the evaluated conversational flow.
