Demonstration video

 

Introduction

Blip Desk+ Contents has been developed by the company Dawntech. Currently, it is in version 1.0 and is available in the languages Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

The purpose of this manual is to assist users of the Blip platform in the installation, configuration, and utilization of the extension. Additionally, any usage-related questions can be directed to helpdesk@dawntech.dev or by contacting at the number +55 51 3557-2998.

 

 

About the Extension

The Blip Desk+ Contents extension has been developed with the aim of visually rendering various dynamic WhatsApp contents for users of the Blip Desk customer service platform, by Blip.

Among the dynamic contents supported by the extension are:

  • Single Product Messages;
  • Product List Messages (PLM - Catalog)
  • Catalog carts;
  • Active message templates;
  • Bold text;
  • Italic text.

Installation and Configuration

When activating the extension through the Blip Store, a page with the extension link in the Chrome Store is displayed. On this page, click the link to access the extension in the Chrome Store. In the Chrome Store, proceed with the installation of the extension. To start rendering the contents after installation, refresh the Blip Desk page.

Active Message Visualization

The visualization of templates in Blip Desk is conditional on additional configuration in the service chatbots. To unlock the visualization of templates, follow these steps:

  1. Activate active message sending;

  1. Grant active sending permission to agents;

  1. Enable the visualization of message templates;

If message templates have not been released, the following error appears on the screen:
