Introduction

Pixzap is a flow created by Inmo with the aim of facilitating user purchases via WhatsApp, using one of the largest means of payment in the country. In this tutorial, we will provide you with the necessary information so that we can configure Pixzap for your company, ensuring that you can take advantage of all its functionalities.

Company Information

During the contracting of the Pixzap service, you will receive a form that will request the following information about your company:

  1. Company Name: Provide the name that will be displayed during the flow so that users are clear about your business identity on WhatsApp.
  2. Company SAC contact: Enter an email address to contact your company's Customer Service (SAC). This email will be available to the customer at the end of the flow, meeting a WhatsApp requirement.

Items and Deliveries

Filling in some tables is necessary so that Pixzap can populate your flow with the items sold by your company and know how far your company can deliver.

The company has the option of using two types of presentation of items in its flow, the dynamic Meta/Facebook Catalog or the simplified Numerical Catalog:

 

Option to use the Meta's Dynamic Catalog:To use this functionality, you will need a configuration made by the company in the business manager for Pixzap to access the catalogue, you can find the tutorial here:

  1. Meta Item Table:In case of opting for the Meta catalogue, the company needs to fill in a table with the following information about its products:

This table has the following fields that need to be filled in:

id - This information is a text or product identification number. Each item in the table needs to have a unique id, as this is the main identifier for the product.

title - An item name that will be displayed to the customer in the stream, limited to 150 characters.

description - A brief description of the item offered.

availability - This field represents the current availability of the item in your store and accepts 5 fixed values: in stock; available for order (available for immediate purchase); preorder (pre-order); out of stock (out of stock); discontinued (discontinued). In the table is available as a selection method.

condition - This field represents the current condition of the item in your store and accepts 3 fixed values: new; refurbished; used(used). In the table is available as a selection method.

price - This field receives the value of the item that will be available in the flow. Accepts numerical values, which the table automatically fills in with the real currency symbol (BRL)

link - This field needs to receive a specific product link, where customers can buy this item. It can be any website or social network of yours, if you don't have it, it can be your Facebook or Instagram page.

image_link - This field needs to receive a link to the image of the specific product. This image must be in a public environment on the internet and follow 2 requirements: It must be larger than 500x500 pixels and its url must end in “.jpg”, “.png” or “.gif”.

brand - This field receives the brand of the product available. If there is not one, as in some handcrafted products, put your company name.

pixapp_category - This field receives the category of the item that will be made available, and it is important to pay attention to some WhatsApp limitations: each category can have a limit of 30 items in the flow. If the company chooses not to use categories, this field can be filled in with the name

of the company, but the limitation also applies, meaning that the table cannot have more than 30 total items.

If the company chooses to use the simplified numerical catalog, it will be necessary to fill in the following table, which has fields similar to the previous table:

  1. Shipping Table:It is necessary to fill in a table of zip codes, which Pixzap will recognize the range and calculate the stipulated shipping value. Values ​​need to be entered in zip code ranges, for example: zip codes from 01000-000 to 19999-999 correspond to the delivery range in the state of São Paulo.

Financial Information

The Pixzap stream uses financial information privately, which means that users will not have access to this information during the stream. This information is necessary to generate the copy and paste Pix code, which will be made available according to the user's request. Please provide the following financial information:

  1. Chave Pix: Provide the Pix key associated with your company, which can be the CNPJ, cell phone, email, CPF, etc.
  2. Beneficiary's name:Enter the name that is associated with the given Pix key.
  3. Pix status:Indicate the state of Brazil where the Pix key is registered.
  4. Order receipt email and potential receipt:Choose an e-mail address for your company to which orders made by the flow will be sent. Even if the flow cannot validate receipt of the Pix, the option will be available for the user to send a photo or PDF of proof of payment. In all emails sent, the company is asked to confirm receipt at its bank, in order to confirm any order made through the flow.

Connection Information

As a bot available on Take Blip, Pixzap needs some connection information acquired in the company's Take Blip contract.
