The connection will start when you click the "connect" button. Meta integration screens will open. There, some permissions will be requested: Only pages that have an administrative level, such as editor, moderator or administrator, will be displayed among the options. It is important that only a company/ad account and one page. If more than one company and/or page is selected, Blip will ask you again to choose one option from each, just: The connection may take a few seconds to complete. During completion, the following screen will be displayed. If there is an error during connection, the following screen will be displayed, and you will need to carry out the integration process again: Creating a new ad 2.1. Ad setup: The first step is to configure the ad, where the budget, duration and audience of the ad must be defined: The budget corresponds to the total amount that will be invested in running the ad, given the chosen placement period;Please note: this amount will be debited from your Meta ad account. The duration starts counting from the moment the ad is published + the period established by the user. The public will be defined by demographic characteristics and interests of users. Minimum and maximum age of the audience, gender, location, and interests listed by Meta can be defined. 2.2. Content creation: the second stage deals with the content of the ad, where the advertising content, the icebreaker message and the flow direction must be defined: Advertising content: composed of a main text and a title, which functions as a call to action to start the conversation on WhatsApp, in addition to the creative, which must be an image that communicates the benefits offered by the brand to its audience.The creative image will automatically be adapted to the different post formats offered by Meta. For now, it is not possible to choose videos or carousels as your ad format. Ice breaker: a message can be set so that the brand can suggest to its customer a way to start the conversation with the chatbot. Response direction: the user will be able to select a chatbot flow that directs the customer to a specific chatbot step when sending a message. Pay attention to the block output conditions in the builder: The message displayed to the customer will be the message linked to the exit condition of the selected flow. Example: If the objective is to send the message from the "Ad response" block, the "Go to" must have this block defined in the exit condition of the "Targeting" block. As shown in the image below: So, when configuring response steering, the selected flow should be "Targeting": It will only be possible to configure targeting for bot builders for which the user has editing permission. If the chatbot is a router, before selecting the flow step it is necessary to select the child chatbot to which the routing will be made. Router-type child chatbots will not be listed. For targeting to work in the router bot structure, the configuration of router context must be on. Setting up response targeting is not mandatory for ad publishing. If no flow is defined, customers will be directed to the chatbot's initial flow. 2.3. Summary: All information filled in in the previous steps will be displayed in the Summary, so that they can be confirmed by the user before publication. List of ads After publishing ads, you can track the results in the Blip ads tab: View a preview of the published ad by clicking on the "actions" menu of the respective ad. In the same menu, it is possible to pause the ad, if necessary, and resume it, if it is within the publication window defined at the time of creation.
