Integration with Meta To start creating ads within Blip, it will be necessary to integrate Blip with the company's Facebook account. The connection will begin by clicking the "Connect to Facebook" button. A new page will open for the integration, where you must log in with a Facebook account that has full access to the company's page. On this page, some permissions will be requested. It is important to grant Blip access to all current and future companies and pages. English: español Only pages for which you have some level of administrative access, such as editor, moderator, or administrator, will be displayed among the options. If you have access to more than one page, Blip will request the selection of only one option again. Remember that it is essential for the Facebook account you logged into during the connection to have full access to the company's Facebook page. Otherwise, it will not be possible to complete the connection. The connection may take a few seconds to finalize. During the process, the following screen will be displayed. In case of an error during the connection, the following screen will be displayed, and it will be necessary to go through the integration process again. 2. Adding Balance for Ad Creation Attention: There are two possibilities for integrating Blip with Meta, which will define how the payment will be made: Creation and management of a new business portfolio for the company by Blip. This is the standard integration method. In this method, it will be necessary to add a balance within Blip, and payment will be made via the Blip invoice. Using the business portfolio (BM) created by the company through Meta's Ads Manager. In this integration, ads will be paid using the balance/payment method configured in Meta’s Ads Manager. To use this integration method, please consult the person responsible for your account at Blip. After completing the integration in the standard method, to start publishing ads, it will be necessary to have a balance available, which will be used as the budget when setting up your ads. On your first access to this feature, the balance will appear as follows: When you click the "Create Ad" button, a pop-up will appear on the screen. It will describe the payment conditions for the ads. You must read and accept the terms of use in order for the balance to be released. After accepting the terms of use, notice that the balance on the screen will be updated to the amount of R$ 180.00. The payment will work as follows: upon accepting the terms and conditions of use, a balance of R$ 180.00 will be made available for you to use freely in creating ads. As it is used, the budget amounts will be deducted from the total balance and counted toward the monthly invoice. In other words, even with the R$ 180.00 released, you will only pay for what you have used in ads, and if no ads are created, no amount will be charged. 3. Creating a New Ad 2.1. Ad Setup: The first step is the ad setup, where the budget, duration, and audience of the ad should be defined: The budget corresponds to the total amount that will be invested in the ad’s display, based on the chosen display period. The duration starts from the moment the ad is published + the period established by the user. The audience will be defined by the demographic characteristics and interests of the users. The minimum and maximum age, gender, location, and interests listed by Meta can be defined. 2.2. Content Creation: The second step is the ad content, where the advertising content, the ice-breaker message, and the flow direction should be defined: Advertising Content: Composed of a main text and a title, which acts as a call to action to start the conversation on WhatsApp, as well as the creative, which should be an image that communicates the benefits offered by the brand to its audience. The creative image will be automatically adapted to the various post formats offered by Meta. For now, it is not possible to choose videos or carousels as an ad format. Ice-breaker: A message can be configured to suggest a way for the brand to initiate the conversation with the chatbot. Response Direction: The user can select a chatbot flow that will guide the customer to a specific step of the chatbot upon sending a message. Pay attention to the exit conditions in the builder:The message displayed to the customer will be the message linked to the exit condition of the selected flow.Example: If the goal is to send the message from the "Ad Response" block, the "Go to" should have that block defined in the exit condition of the "Direction" block. As shown in the image below: So, when configuring the response direction, the selected flow should be "Direction": It will only be possible to configure the direction for the bot builders to which the user has editing permissions. If the chatbot is a router, before selecting the flow step, it is necessary to select the child chatbot to which the direction will be made. Child chatbots of the router type will not be listed. For the direction to work in the router bot structure, the router context configuration must be enabled. The response direction configuration is not mandatory for publishing the ad. If no flow is defined, customers will be directed to the initial flow of the chatbot. 2.3. Summary: All the information filled in the previous steps will be displayed in the Summary for the user to confirm before publishing. 4. Listing Ads After publishing ads, it is possible to track the results in the Ads tab of Blip: You can preview the published ad by clicking on the "actions" menu of the respective ad.In the same menu, it is possible to pause the ad if necessary and resume it, as long as it is within the publication window defined during creation. Remember: the ideal is to analyze the results of an ad only after a few days of display.
