Stories - Instagram June 20, 2024 13:17 Updated Index: Collect Limitations Stories Sponsored Top Menu Understand how the specific metrics of Instagram Stories work for your proprietary publications. The Stories section within Proprietary Metrics was developed to display specific data for this Instagram feature. This is another feature that STILINGUE provides for you to track and monitor the performance of your publications. Access is done through the sidebar: Collect When an Instagram story is published, it is collected within the STILINGUE timeframe (duration of this type of publication). Afterward, it becomes a standard publication in Proprietary Metrics and has its metrics updated every 15 minutes for the last 100 stories published in the last 30 days. If the Story has not been collected within 12 hours, open a ticket in the chat to check with the Customer Support team because after 24 hours, it is not possible to insert the publication into the system due to Meta API rules. Limitations: Reposts from stories that mention the owner's page are not collected; Stories that are shares of posts or Reels from third parties are not collected; Live Video stories are not collected; Metrics for stories in highlights are not monitored. Stories Sponsored Dark Stories (paid publications) remain available for a longer period, as selected on the social network at the time of their creation. Attention! In order to comply with the requirements as an official Meta partner (Facebook/Instagram), we have made an adjustment in the image collection process, which expires from the API after 4 days for STILINGUE Smart Care and Listening. In Proprietary Metrics, this time frame is 30 days for posts and 24 hours for organic stories. Attention! It's not possible to display stories through the Listening Conversation Filter, as this format is not available in the "interactions" field.
