Discover who are the users that interact the most with your page.
Within the Proprietary Metrics section, you can search for Instagram users who send the most direct messages to your page or comment on your posts.
How to access
Locate the Proprietary Metrics module and then navigate to the "Engaged Users" section in the side menu.
Remember to check if the selected page belongs to the social network you want to search:
The first part of this area indicates who these users are and what type of engagement they have made:
1. Results per page
Sample of users per page. By selecting a number, which can vary between 5 and 100, you decide how many users you would like to view per page.
2. Photo
The Instagram API has a limitation regarding the user's photo and does not make it available to the platform.
3. Name
Instagram username. Due to API limitations, the name and username are the same.
4. Username
The user's "@" symbol. In other words, the identification chosen by them to access Instagram.
Note: Even if the user has the possibility to choose a different name from the username within Instagram, the network's API does not provide the name. Therefore, only the username is displayed on the platform.
5. Interactions
Sum of comments, inboxes, and publications (posts). Each one explained below:
6. Comments
Comments on any type of interaction with the page. From a comment on a page's proprietary publication to a comment on a mention tagging the page.
Note: So far, it is not possible to filter, on this page, for comments made only on proprietary publications. That is, comments made on publications that mention the page will be added to the total comments.
7. Inboxes
Number of messages the user sent to the page via inbox. In the case of Instagram, Direct Messages, received messages on the page are counted, but the value will be summarized in the Publications column.
8. Posts
Anything other than comments is treated as publications.
9. Customer Service History
If you want to analyze the user's comments on the page more closely, click on this icon to access the user's interaction history. The All Comments section, another part of the Proprietary Metrics, will display all comments made by this user in the selected period.
Here, you can check what comments were sent, as well as make notes on the service:
Note: the period in which the data is filtered considers the creation date of the post or comment. Thus, if the publication was created on 08/09, the comment on 10/09, and the selected filter is up to 08/09, the comment will not be counted in the comment's column because it is outside the selected range.
