Learn how to differentiate metrics within the Proprietary Metrics module

In the Proprietary Metrics section, data about the performance of your pages on social networks is displayed. In the case of Instagram, when comparing the data displayed by the platform with the data shown on the page, a discrepancy may arise, as network updates and publication dates are important aspects that can influence the final value. 

 

STILINGUE considers the analyzed period and the update of publications, respecting the maximum limit of 30 days as long as the publication is among the last 100 collected.

Overview Followers The data can be compared and should be the same. Even so, there may be differences in the analysis of the fan evolution chart when observing daily follower gains. 
Engagement Index Calculation itself by STILINGUE cannot be compared.
Posts The data can be compared and should be the same.
Average reach per publication The data cannot be comparable due to differences in the time interval and being sample-based on the social network.
Average Impressions per publication The data may be compatible, but differences may arise due to the update interval and STILINGUE's update considering only the latest 100 publications. 
Interactions

The data may be compatible, but differences may arise:


- Publications outside the update interval that receive interactions;

- The way interactions are grouped is by the publication date, not the date the interaction occurred.
Stories The data can be compared and should be the same.
Reels The data can be compared and should be the same.
Profile visits The data may be compatible; however, there could be differences due to the metric update cycle time in STILINGUE.
