Wordcloud - Instagram

Discover the most frequently used words by users in the comments of your Instagram proprietary publications. 

In the Proprietary Metrics section, graphs displaying crucial data for analyzing the performance of your pages on social media are available on the platform. Based on the provided information, you can generate personalized insights for your business strategy. 

One of these graphs is the Wordcloud, highlighting the most used words by users on your page in comments on both organic and non-organic posts, as well as mentions in third-party publications.

Access the graph through the side menu, within the Comment Analysis section:

1. Export chart

On this screen, the export icon allows you to export it only in image format. To export in another format, choose the option "export csv" below. You can also view the export fields, divided by the chart criteria. 

2. Reload card

Refresh the chart information so that the most recent data is displayed. 

Zoom

To understand the origin of the highlighted terms, simply click on any of them. After that, you will be redirected to the zoom area, which enlarges and details the sought information.

Example:

Clicking on the term "Incredible", you can see the frequency at which it was used and in what context. Additionally, you can view comments on the Zoom Publications Wall:

1. Export

Export the content in CSV format through the table. 

2. Show

Select between 5 and 100 data points to visualize at once. 

3. Search

Use this field to search for the terms presented in the graph.
