Learn how sentiment is being classified in user comments on your LinkedIn company pages.
The Proprietary Metrics section presents customized charts focused on metrics such as engagement, impressions, reach, among others, all collected on your page connected to STILINGUE.
One of them is "Sentiment in comments", which shows the sentiment in comments made by users on your pages. For this chart, proprietary comments (from the page itself) are not considered; only comments from other users are taken into account.
Access is through the side menu within the Comment Analysis section:
Comment Sentiment Chart
1. Chart period
Select how you want to view the graph data: by day, week, or month.
2. Export Report
Export the chart image or choose the table format.
3. Reload card
Refresh the chart information so that the most recent data is displayed.
4. Export Button
Export the chart by choosing between the image and various formats.
5. Neutral
Classification intended for comments with Neutral sentiment.
6. Negative
Classification intended for comments with Negative sentiment.
7. Positive
Classification intended for comments with Positive sentiment.
8. Unclassified
Uncategorized comments, according to the automatic classification by the system.
9. Total comments
Sum of comments made on publications within the selected timeframe in the filter.
You can also downvote the display of a specific sentiment by clicking on the caption below the chart. The legend appears gray, indicating that this option is deactivated:

Additionally, you can click on any point on the graph to be redirected to the Zoom. This area will enlarge and show the graph's data in detail.

Export the content in CSV format through the table.
2. Show
You can choose to view between 5 and 100 pieces of data at once.
3. Search
Search for the numbers presented on the graph using the field.
