Mentions - Twitter

Follow the mentions of your owner profile by Twitter users.

In the Proprietary Metrics section, you'll find charts with valuable data for analyzing the content published on your social media networks. One of them is "Mentions", where publications mentioning your profile by Twitter users are displayed.

Access the graph through the side menu:

The area is displayed in a mural format:

Publications Card

Each mention is presented in card format, and in the top right corner, you can access the id and status of the conversation. By clicking on the Ticket icon, the ticket number will be copied.
