Direct Messages - Twitter August 29, 2024 13:08 Updated Track the Direct Messages exchanged with your Twitter proprietary profile. In the Proprietary Metrics section, you'll find charts displaying useful data for analyzing the content published on your social networks. One of them is "Direct Messages", where private messages sent to your proprietary profile are gathered. Social Network Icon of the network where the publication was made. 2. User Photo and name of the user who sent the message. Clicking on the photo will redirect you to this user's profile on Twitter. 3. Ticket Here, you have access to the ID and conversation status. Clicking on the ticket-shaped icon will copy the support ticket number. 4. Date Date when the interaction occurred. 5. Text Box Area where the user's message text is displayed. 6. Read Publication This button opens a new window displaying the complete publication and the link that takes you to the interaction on the Twitter page. 7. View Complete Conversation By clicking on "View Full Conversation", you will be redirected to the "Direct Messages Analysis" area, where you can see all the interactions of the conversation. Note: If the Twitter profile connected to STILINGUE by Blip is not verified, you won't be able to send or collect Direct Messages from people who don't follow you on the social network.
