Data Collected from YouTube - Proprietary Metrics January 28, 2025 13:14 Updated Learn which metrics are collected by YouTube in Proprietary Metrics and which ones are not. In the Proprietary Metrics section, you have access to various information related to the performance of your proprietary page, according to the desired date range. See below which metrics are collected by your proprietary YouTube channel, which ones are not, their limitations, and how their updates work. Platform collection SLA: STILINGUE Smart Care and Proprietary Metrics: all collection channels have a 95% SLA between average time and time limit (indicated below). The collection expectation is 99.0% of posts within 24 hours after the time limit. Please note that the social network mentioned in this guide may not necessarily be available in the STILINGUE Smart Care module. Important! When a collected video is removed or hidden from the social network, it will also be removed from the STILINGUE database within 30 days, as required by YouTube itself. Note: The "Update" column should also be considered to identify the date range and the amount of data collected when the proprietary page is connected. Metrics Do we collect? The metrics we display are collected over a 30-day period; after that, they are no longer updated. Therefore, views that occur after this period are not counted. It is also important to note that if the number of new subscribers is not being displayed in the report, it will be necessary to disconnect from the YouTube pages and reconnect afterward. In this way, a special permission will be added, and the new metrics will be collected.
